What kind of person would create an entire website about toilet composting?

• Someone who is passionate about the environment.
• Someone who has personal experience using a variety of composting toilet systems and setups.
• Someone who know how daunting learning about composting toilets can be at first and wants to help others learn more about this technology.

I have lived in several “developing” countries and also in a rural ecovillage in the United States.  During these travels and living experiences, I have learned that managing human waste is a huge global challenge, and one that I believe can be dealt with in a productive manner using composting toilets.

I know that much of the information available online about composting can either be extremely technical or self-promotional.  An aim of this website it to provide information about brands and types of toilet composting systems in an unbiased format.
